Subconscious Oscillations

I believe Life is about finding balance and harmony. That is part of what this piece represents to me. I believe none of us get to chose where and to whom we are born into this world.
What is within our power is , how we treat one another, how grateful we choose to be for the blessing bestowed upon us,  and the effect that we choose to have on the world. Like it or not every single soul has the power to shape the world around them in some way and the smallest acts good or bad can mean the world to those that are effected.
 
I observe the distance between people getting greater and greater each day and peoples positioning getting more and more polarised but every push in one direction inevitably leads to a counterpush, until a path of balance is established, I feel we need to start listening to one another and to see others points of view to start to find a common direction united rather than divided to be conscious of the path we are charting because the ripple effect of that course we take reverberates through our life and beyond in ways we cant possibly imagine unless we view all possible angles and are conscious of the direction we want to go. 
 
This piece is the limited edition of 20 marquettes for my first monumental piece which i will be making in stainless steel later this year. Featuring polished silicone bronze on a stainless steel stand the piece revolves around the central pillar. I am looking forward to the challenges and opportunities creating this in a monumental scale presents.
